Not the Pen, but rather the web server configuration options are mightier than the sword.
In particular, using non-default (coherent) naming for posts requires some options not set on the current web site. Your friendly neighborhood system administrator (’tis I) has corrected this, which should both fix most broken links and reenable comments.
