A Day of Possibilities

Mr. B and I are trying to decide what to do today.  It’s a nice day, which means he wants to be out and about. Me, I’m perfectly happy sitting here in my jammies.

Still, I will humor him and do something with him.  Hitting the early bird specials at the store has already been ruled out, seeing as how I was the first one up today–at 10:30.

We may go to the zoo.  Ah, you think, what a great family activity.  No such luck.  HS has gone to spend the rest of the holiday weekend with LDIL, and BD dislikes the zoo almost as much has she dislikes baseball.

We may go to Churchill Downs and catch a few races before the fall meet ends this weekend.

We may get really brave and head to a store to look at stoves.  Blogging about everything that’s wrong with ours seems to have moved it up in the priority list.  No surprise, the one we’re considering is on sale this weekend.

All I know for sure is that I will not be cooking much.  Which means I still have something to be thankful for.
