I figure I can post about the weather at will now.
After earlier predictions of frozen precipitation for late last evening, the 10 o’clock news led off with a report live from the interstate informing us that “It is raining and the roads are wet.” I kid you not. Anything worthy of being the top story in the news is certainly worthy of a blog post.
So I thought I’d let you know that it has now stopped raining, but secondary roads may still be wet.

Is the weather person standing out in the rain to tell you that? Don’t you just love that?
Freezing rain here. A big sloppy mess! I spent about 15 minutes chiseling my car out to drive my son to preschool.

My husband has always said he’d love to be a weather person. You can be wrong half the time and still have a job! And of course, pointing out the obvious is always required for those of us who might be slow!
