Gray Skies

In an effort to write about something other than Christmas, I am going to talk about the weather.

After this summer’s drought, the weather has turned gray and gloomy.  It seems like it’s been this way for months now, though the sun has peeked out occasionally.  On the news this morning, it’s official.  Our rainfall amount for the year is now ABOVE normal.  It came way too late for the farmers, of course, but at least I don’t have to feel quite so guilty when I take a long, hot shower.

Tomorrow, maybe I’ll go back to a Christmas subject.

    It has been so wet here lately. I am glad for peoples wells, but we need a break to dry out!

    I’d send you our sun, but I don’t think it works that way…besides, even with sun, the highs have been in the 20’s. With snow…’nuf said
