Try, Try Again

Now that my eye has healed up from the aborted attempted at Lasik, my eye surgeon is ready to make another attempt.  This time it will be PRK instead (no flap, which is what went wrong last time).  And a longer recovery time.  So today’s the day.  Wish me well.

UPDATE:  Thank you all for your good wishes.  The surgery went well.  Now I get to go back to sleeping in goggles (I wonder why I don’t dream that I’m Amelia Earheart) and putting drops in my eyes every time I turn around. But the vision in that eye is already so much better!!
