If humidity is supposed to make the air feel warmer, why am I shivering in my house on this cold, rainy day when the thermostat is set at the same temperature as always?
Well, yeah, it could be partly the fact that I’m in shorts since I’m going to work out eventually. And yes, I suppose that will warm me up.
But meanwhile, my fingers are too stiff too type, so this is all you get today.

It’s so cold here tonight that when I was outside talking to my neighbor, our words froze in the air. We had to thaw ‘em out in the house so we could hear what we just said. It’s cold. The wind is howling and that’s what makes it so…brrr!!!
I truly believe humidity makes it feel colder. When I go from CO (low humidity) to IL (high!), it can be the same temp, but it feels SO much colder in IL! It’s like it cuts right to the bone! Hope you warmed up!
