MammaK at Petroville has decreed it, so it must be so. It is the day to thank the person(s) who brought you into the world of blogging. There are days when “thanks” may not be the word I’d choose. Those are the days when I think “What on earth will I write about today?” Or conversely, when I find myself distracted from a Real Life Event by wondering how I will phrase the blog entry about it.
Anyway, I hereby give thanks to my friend Annie at What Struck Me. I’m not sure I’d even heard of blogs before she started hers and began pestering me to suggesting that I start a blog of my own. Besides inspiring me, Annie has also provided technical expertise and is even designing my new web page. Now if that darn photographer would just hurry up and get the picture for the banner, she’d be all set!
Honorable mention goes to Busy Mom, one of the first blogs I linked to from Annie’s blogroll and returned to on a regular basis. I can only hope to find as much humor in life as she does!
